Platform
One intelligence. Every interface.
ABEE Core is the technological heart of the platform. It centralizes understanding, knowledge, workflows, integrations, security and analytics — then exposes that intelligence at every point of contact.

Components
What Core centralizes
Conversational understanding
Intent recognition, context handling, turn-taking, disambiguation, multilingual conversations.
Enterprise knowledge
Documents, procedures, floor plans, opening hours, directories — approved and authorized sources only.
Business workflows
Announcing a visitor, transferring a call, opening a ticket, notifying a host, taking a message, following up.
Orchestration
Choosing the right agent, the right channel and the right moment to escalate to a human.
Integrations
Telephony, messaging, Microsoft Teams, workplace tools, visitor management systems.
Security & permissions
Access scopes, least privilege, logging, data governance.
Analytics
Volumes, request patterns, resolution rate, escalations, service-hour coverage.
Why a shared core
The opposite of stacking disconnected products
Without a shared core, every channel carries its own configuration: one knowledge base for the phone, another for the lobby screen, a third for the internal assistant. Answers diverge and maintenance grows.
With ABEE Core, knowledge and rules are described once. A change of opening hours, procedure or contact propagates instantly to every channel.
It is also what allows a new medium — hologram, kiosk, robot — to be added without starting over: it is simply one more access point to the same intelligence.
Use cases
Where this agent is deployed
Orchestrate several channels
Phone, reception kiosk, Teams and mobile share the same knowledge and the same handling rules.
Frame what the AI may say
Answers come from validated documents; anything out of scope is escalated to a human.
Trigger business actions
Ticket creation, host notification, room booking: the agent acts inside approved tools.
Govern the data
Traceable interactions, retention periods and European hosting defined per site.
Roll out across a portfolio
One shared core, local rules per building, centralised supervision.
Measure real usage
Reasons, volumes, automation rate and escalations to size human resources.

FAQ
Is ABEE Core sold separately?
ABEE Core is the shared engine of the platform. It is deployed together with the ABEE Voice, Welcome and Workplace applications rather than as standalone software.
What is the difference between ABEE Core and an AI model?
An AI model generates language. ABEE Core is the orchestration layer that decides when to use it, with which authorized data, inside which workflow and under which escalation rules.
Can a new interface be added later?
Yes. A new interface — screen, kiosk, physical device — connects to the same Core without redefining knowledge or workflows.
Does ABEE Core support multiple sites?
Yes. Knowledge is scoped per site while workflows and governance can be shared across a portfolio.
